2. What shipping options are available? We offer these to U.S. customers:

  • Express Shipping: 3–6 business days – $20
  • Free Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0 (our most popular choice!)
  • Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10

Note: Times are estimates and may vary due to location, holidays, or carrier volume. Free shipping may apply based on order total or promotions.

3. How long will it take to receive my order? Most orders process and ship within 1–3 business days. After shipping:

  • Express: 3–6 business days
  • Standard / Free: 7–14 business days

4. Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the United States. We’re working on expanding – sign up for our newsletter for updates!

5. What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window for unused, undamaged items in original packaging. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos – we’ll arrange a replacement or refund (including original shipping if it’s our error). 6. Are your gym products durable and safe? Yes! All products are made from high-grade materials with solid construction. Weight-bearing items are rigorously tested for safety and stability. We prioritize non-slip surfaces, strong welds, and reliable mechanisms.

7. How do I care for the equipment?

  • Wipe down after each use with a mild cleaner.
  • Store in a dry place away from direct sunlight.
  • For weights and metal: Avoid dropping from excessive height.
  • Yoga mats: Roll up and store flat when possible. Specific care instructions are included with each product.
